Bon appetite! I guess I made your taste buds alive. Let’s talk about food, where every Filipino exert all their feelings. Don’t be such a deniable one, it’s true, we Filipinos are very food lover. Basically, we love eating to satisfy our food desires, believing some concepts that those foods will benefit to us somehow.
Filipinos can’t deny the fact that we have a sweet tooth that makes us fall easily to the charisma of chocolates. The sweet and soothing sensation makes us calm but alert. Scientifically proven, eating chocolates can result to an intense sugar rush that makes our nerves lively and making the brain act like a sponge. But known few, chocolate also contributes to the development of insomnia, or sickness. This can absolutely weaken the immune system and put you to so many health risks.
Another food about us, Filipino, we have a habit on eating three-times a day, specially on what we eat during breakfast. Together with the breakfast, it will never be complete without the tasteful beverages.
Beverage has different kinds, flavor and aroma which suits in Filipino tastes. Like coffee, milk and tea. And the most common beverage o every Filipino is coffee. Coffeehas many essential nutrients that may help on our body development. Anti-oxidants, is one of the well-known substance that is present on coffee. This nutrient is a very essential part for the heart and blood circulation. It also regenerates body cells and keeps it healthy for us to stay young. On the other hand, let’s be careful of too much drinking of coffee. It contains caffeine that makes our brain cells excite; it’s going to be hard for you to fall asleep.
Indeed, food s inevitable to everyone but we should consider the factors in maintaining good health. So plan what you eat and balance every food you’ll take. In that case, you are eating to live longer and not to die younger.
